Jacqueline | Jacqueline Nagle, CSP
As a strategist educator, mentor, advocate & (sometimes) devil’s advocate obsessed with ideas & influence, I work with clever people to conceptualise, commercialise & communicate what they do through strategy positioning, speaking & business development. My work cuts through chaos to build foundational resilience-translating theory into game plans, contextualising key considerations, smashing roadblocks and accelerating real-time opportunity – essential, in the current environment of relentless change.
In addition to driving my own results, for 15 years I have successfully trained consultants, professionals, business owners, community groups, executives and the C-Suite in strategy, speaking, sales, core messaging, negotiating, industrial relations, communication, confidence and positioning. My training has bean delivered to some of Australia’s major corporate brands including Tattersals (The Lott) and Anglicare. My programs have been picked up by the Australian Institute of Sport Gold Medal Alumni Learning & Development Program in Canberra. I am a Certified Speaking Professional – a global designation held by only 12% of Professional Speakers in the world.

5 Generations of Experience
Jacqueline’s career clearly speaks to diverse experience, with the ability to cross between corporate, small business and rapid growth enterprises. With lived experience in hostile environments, game changing values, driven projects, and doing what was both unexpected and valuable, she is not your average educator, mentor or advisor. Entrepreneurship actually runs in her veins, with her earliest career being shaped under the influence of her mother – who established one of Regional Australia’s leading recruitment agencies before entrusting its future to Jacqueline. Continuing to work closely together after handover, Jacqueline and her mother still lean on each other as their most trusted sounding boards today. Both Jacqueline and her Mother stand on the experience of 3 generations before them. Jacqueline’s Great-Great Grandfather established a commercial bakery Ewings and Worthington in Rockhampton, Queensland in 1917. Growing to be the largest supplier to the greater Rockhampton region and throughout Central Queensland, Ewings and Worthington was passed through to Jacqueline’s Great Grandfather, and Grandfather, before being sold to a national food manufacturer in 1984.

Jacqueline | Empowering Women
Beyond the headlines, the work I am proudest of are projects which made a real difference to women, every day.
Such as spearheading the concept and implementation for a project in which more than 30 unskilled women re-entered the workforce, reskilled on the job, broke out of the Centrelink chains, and literally changed their futures.
Driving the fastest growing Business Women’s Network in regional Australia (at the time); opening up access to personal and professional development not previously available in region.
And the phenomenal women I work with in both our programs and as private clients; who are willing to take a lifetime of lived experience and transform it into commercially viable businesses, movements, and deeper, richer work which is and will change the world.
