The conference is Thursday 12 June and Friday 13 June, 2025 at The QT Hotel, Surfers Paradise. Your ticket also includes admission to the Pre-Conference Cocktail Evening, Wednesday 11 June.

Day One is Conceptual & Tactical, and Day Two is Practical.

Day 2 : You’re thinking bigger – now what are the things you actually need to do?  Day 2 answers all of that

The conference will feature a series of inspiring speakers, engaging discussions, and ample networking opportunities. The days includes scheduled breaks for morning tea and lunch to ensure you have plenty of time to connect and network.

Yes, all in program meals are provided. Drinks and Canapes will be provided at the Pre-Conference Cocktail evening, with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea served to all attendees. Refreshments will be served at all breaks.

We recommend bringing your favourite device or notebook and pen for notes, your (e)business cards for networking, and a refillable water bottle. Large venues can also be quite chilled by Air Conditioning, so a light jacket is always useful.

No, you do not need to bring a printed ticket. You can check in using your name or your ticket number at the registration desk

Conference Tickets are not refundable, nor transferrable to any other person or service.
Accommodation refunds will be up to the discretion of the hotel. In the event that the Conference is cancelled, you will be refunded the face value of your paid ticket. If you are travelling to attend any events it is probably best to take out travel insurance. We are not responsible for any of your expenses – insured or not insured.

YES! We love connecting with you in person and this event will be all about live in person connection. All the speakers will be in the room with you for the entire event. The event will not be live streamed.
