The Speak More Collective offers different membership levels, including Core Membership and Live Membership. All members are bound by the Terms & Conditions which outline the rights and responsibilities relating to your Membership in The Speak More Collective (SMC). It should be read in conjunction with any instructions or directions in The Speak More Collective Membership Portal and may be updated from time to time. Any such updates will be made available to you in writing and/or by publishing them on The Speak More Collective Membership Portal. Additional terms apply to Live Members, as set out below.
On acceptance of your enrolment for Membership of The Speak More Collective, you enter into a legally binding contract between you (the member) and The Speak More Collective (Any Given T Pty Ltd T/A Any Given Tuesday, the owner of The Speak More Collective) (AGT) and accept the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Commencement
Your Membership commences on the effective date of your registration and enrolment. The Speak More Collective includes an initial commitment period of 12 months, beginning on the effective date. After this initial 12-month period ends, your Membership will continue on an ongoing month-to-month basis, unless cancelled by you with 30 days’ written notice.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 All Memberships are subject to an initial joining fee. This fee is due and payable each time you join the program. If you choose to exit or cease your Membership at any time, the joining fee will be due and payable should you choose to reactivate your Membership.
2.2 Your Membership requires a minimum one-year (12-month) commitment. After this period, you may exit the Membership program at any time with 30 days' notice in writing to hello@anygiventuesday.com.au .
2.3 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you authorise us to:
- Retry the card on file automatically;
- Request updated payment details;
- Suspend Membership access including calls, community, and portal access;
- Recover reasonable administrative costs associated with failed or late payments.
- You must maintain a valid payment method for the duration of your Membership.
- If you do not make any payment when it is due, your Membership may be suspended and you may be liable for any reasonable administrative costs incurred by us in relation to your Membership.
2.4 Financial Responsibility & No Outcome Guarantees. By enrolling, you represent that:
- Your Membership investment will not cause financial hardship;
- You take full responsibility for decisions and actions resulting from your participation;
- You understand we do not guarantee speaking engagements, revenue, financial outcomes, or specific business results.
- Any examples of success shared are illustrative only.
3. Program Access
The Program is made available to you in full. You are able to attend any calls and/or sessions as and when they are scheduled. You understand we offer the full program for you to avail yourself of; should you choose not to, or cannot, attend any scheduled program sessions, events, or access resources for any reason, you agree we are not obligated to ‘make it up to you’ and that you will access any recordings we make.
4. Membership Scope of Inclusions
Your active Membership provides access to:
- All live group coaching calls
- All replays (where recorded)
- All core training
- All new content added during your Membership
- Full portal and training library
- Templates, tools, and resources
- The Speak More Collective community
- Guest sessions, where applicable
Not Included in Membership (Unless Specifically Stated):
- 1:1 coaching or personalised feedback
- Done-for-you services
- Strategy intensives
- Paid events, retreats, or bonus programs
- Individual review of collateral unless specified
SMC is a group learning environment, not a personal coaching program.
5. Live Membership (Upgraded Access)
Live Membership is an upgraded membership tier that includes enhanced access to live, in-person events and other Live-only experiences as determined by Any Given Tuesday.
6. No Pause / No Hold Policy
Membership cannot be “paused,” “frozen,” or placed on hold for any reason, including but not limited to busy periods, illness, travel, workload, or life changes, during the first 12 months of membership. Payments continue uninterrupted for the duration of your Membership.
7. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your email updated
- Updating your payment details
- Ensuring device compatibility
- Maintaining access to the portal
- Personal technology issues
- Email filtering or missed updates
- Password loss or recovery access issues
8. Program Adjustments & Evolution
We may make reasonable changes to:
- Content or curriculum
- Delivery platforms
- Call schedules
- Coaches or facilitators
- Community locations
- Templates or tools
- Event availability
- In-person or virtual opportunities
As the Program continuously evolves. Changes do not constitute a material reduction in value and are not grounds for cancellation or refunds.
9. Intellectual Property
Throughout this program, you’ll work with powerful ideas - ours, yours, and those of your peers. Together we’ll share frameworks, stories, and materials that are the creative and commercial property of their respective owners. You have full permission to implement Any Given Tuesday and The Speak More Collective content for your own use, but not share it with or teach it to others, and to respect that the ideas, speeches, and materials of other participants remain theirs. Likewise, everything you create - your speech, collateral, and intellectual property - remains yours. We may, with your consent, use program recordings or extracts of your work for training or promotional purposes to celebrate your success and inspire others. We believe in mutual respect for intellectual property. Any breach of this clause - including unauthorised sharing, teaching, or adaptation of materials belonging to Any Given Tuesday, its representatives, or participants - will be treated as a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your participation without refund. We may, with your consent (which can be withdrawn by you in writing), use program recordings or extracts of your work for training or promotional purposes to celebrate your success and inspire others.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
Confidentiality. Confidentiality is fundamental to this program and extends to everything shared in group settings. We respect your privacy and must ask that you respect ours and that of any fellow participants you meet or attend events with. In the course of your participation in the program, confidential, and proprietary information, plans and ideas and trade secrets will / may be revealed by us and other participants. You agree that you will not disclose such information to any person or entity outside of our discussions or discussions within the program, and will not use any confidential or proprietary materials acquired by you through the program for any purpose whatsoever outside of the Program, whether commercial, educational or otherwise. By paying your enrolment you acknowledge that all confidential material and information revealed to you is the sole intellectual property of ours, or the participant who revealed it.
11. Market & Collaboration Boundaries.
This community exists to support your growth as a speaker and expert - not to serve as your marketplace. Participants in this program are your peers, not your prospects. While we recognise that genuine collaboration and shared opportunities may naturally arise between participants, you agree not to solicit clients, business, or program enrolments of any kind from within the cohort for the duration of the program. We also ask that you refrain from joining, promoting, or selling into one another’s programs until after the completion of your membership in the program. This ensures all participants can experience the full integrity and focus of this program without external influence or divided attention. If collaboration between participants genuinely serves both parties, we encourage you to explore it from a place of professionalism and mutual respect. Our goal is to maintain a culture of trust, safety, and clarity for everyone involved.
12. AI, Technology Use & Intellectual Property Protection.
You acknowledge that the content, frameworks, and materials shared within this program whether created by Any Given Tuesday, its representatives, facilitators, or other participants are confidential and protected intellectual property. You agree not to record, reproduce, screen-capture, store, distribute, upload, input, or otherwise feed any program materials, sessions, recordings, transcripts, participant content, or proprietary information whether yours, ours, facilitators’, or other participants’ into any system or platform without the explicit written consent of the material’s owner. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine-learning tools used for text, image, audio, or video generation, transcription, summarisation, or analysis (for example: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, Descript, Otter, or similar systems);
- Screen-capture, recording, or duplication software such as Loom, OBS, Zoom local recording, Snagit, or similar applications; and
- Automated note-taking or cloud storage tools that collect or store program content outside approved channels.
If you use technology or AI tools for personal note-taking or learning, you must ensure that:
- Only your own, original work is recorded, uploaded, or referenced;
- Any materials containing the intellectual property of Any Given Tuesday, its facilitators, or other participants are strictly excluded; and
- The tools you use have robust data-privacy and non-training guarantees.
Any unauthorised recording, disclosure, upload, or replication of program materials (whether ours, our representatives or other participants) in any form or format constitutes a serious breach of confidentiality and intellectual property rights and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund, in addition to any other legal remedies available. This clause exists to protect your own creative work as much as it protects ours - ensuring a safe, trusted, and professional environment for collaboration, learning, and innovation.
For clarity, under no circumstances may use Any Given Tuesday content, or the content of our affiliates, representatives and other participants, for any commercial gain, potential or actualised.
13. Data, Recording & Privacy Consent
You acknowledge that:
- Group sessions may be recorded.
- By participating, you consent to being recorded.
- Recordings are owned by AGT.
- Recordings are provided at AGT’s discretion and not guaranteed.
- You may request removal of sensitive information, but AGT is not obligated to alter archival recordings unless legally required.
14. In-Person Events
- All in-person events in the program, both scheduled and ad hoc, require you to RSVP via the nominated mechanism for each event to secure your place.
- For paid ticket in-person events, your RSVP requires payment at the time of confirming your attendance.
- For free in-person events, if you RSVP and no-show on the day of the event, we reserve the right to charge you the ‘ticket value’, which will be advised on the invitation. You agree to pay this upon receipt of the authorised Stripe Payment Link.
- Event dates, venues, formats, or experiences may change due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.
- The organisers reserve the right to:
- Modify event details
- Substitute comparable Premium experiences if required
- Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or extensions.
- Modify event details
- We take no responsibility for any accommodation, travel, flights, parking, and meals outside of our in-person events. If you are traveling to attend, it is advisable to take out travel insurance. We are not responsible for any of your expenses, insured or not.
- Nothing in this clause obligates us to offer live, in-person events at any time.
- Events are not transferable nor redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted for refunds or extensions.
- Missed or unattended events are forfeited
14a. For Live Members, access to in-person events is subject to:
- Availability
- Capacity limits
- Current active Live Membership status at the time of the event
- Missed or unattended events are forfeited
- Annual limits apply
14b. Event Prior Participation
Where a member has already completed a component aligned to the Live Membership offering, Any Given Tuesday may, at their discretion, provide an alternative Premium-level experience. No substitutions, credits, or guarantees are implied.
15. Cancellations, Refunds & Early Termination
SMC Membership is an initial 12-month commitment. Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or pro-rata reductions will be provided for: Early cancellation Non-attendance at events Paused or cancelled SMC membership Previously completed events.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
16. Financial Responsibility
We have made every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. Individual success depends on many factors including background, dedication, desire, motivation, and the nature of your work. By paying your enrolment, you represent to us that payment of your investment amount will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family or business and that any decisions or actions you take in response to advice, discussions, and/or information acquired in this program, and their consequences, are your sole responsibility.
17. Disclaimer
Our mentors and advisors are not qualified to provide legal, tax accounting, or financial planning advice, and the information they provide is not intended as such. By paying your enrolment, you agree that you will refer all legal, tax, accounting, and financial planning questions to qualified professionals. Should we assign you a particular mentor or advisor, such assignment may be changed if we, in our sole discretion, deem it necessary.
18. Terminations & Refunds.
We are committed to providing every participant with a positive, productive, and professional experience. By paying your enrolment, you agree that participation in this program is a privilege, not an entitlement. We reserve the right, acting reasonably and at our sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in this or any Any Given Tuesday program - without notice or refund - if your behaviour is, in our reasonable opinion, disruptive, disrespectful, harmful, or misaligned with the values and standards of the program or the Any Given Tuesday brand. This includes (but is not limited to) behaviour that:
- Disrupts or damages the learning environment, community, or safety of the cohort;
- Causes harm or reputational damage to Any Given Tuesday, its representatives, coaches, or participants;
- Misrepresents or falsely associates yourself, your business, or your materials with Any Given Tuesday’s intellectual property, frameworks, or education;
- Solicits or attempts to solicit clients, business, or opportunities of any description from other participants during the program;
- Engages in defamatory, unethical, or unprofessional conduct in person, online, or in public forums;
- Breaches confidentiality, intellectual property, market and collaboration boundaries, AI provisions, and community standards, or fails to uphold the agreed program values.
Such actions may result in immediate removal from the program without notice or refund. Your enrolment is non-refundable (except in the circumstances expressly noted in these Terms) and non-transferable to another person or business. We hold these boundaries to protect the integrity of the program, the safety of our community, and the reputation of the Any Given Tuesday brand.
19. Withdrawal from Program (New Members)
If on reading these terms and conditions you would prefer not to proceed with your enrolment you have 72 hours from clicking acceptance of these terms and conditions and delivery of these terms and conditions via email (verified by electronic time-stamping in our systems) to withdraw from the program and receive a full refund. After 72 hours it will be deemed that you are a full participant in the program and any requests for refunds received after that time will be refused (except in the circumstances expressly noted in these Terms or as required under Australian Consumer Law) and except in the case of serious medical or bereavement circumstances. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with no explicit or implied obligation on Any Given Tuesday to alter this position. This guarantee operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
20. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction.
We are committed to maintaining open, respectful, and constructive communication. If a dispute arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Program, both parties agree to make genuine efforts to resolve it promptly and in good faith. In the first instance, you agree to notify us in writing and allow up to fourteen (14) days for informal resolution through discussion. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Queensland before commencing any formal proceedings. Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed independent mediator, and costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
21. Force Majeure.
Any Given Tuesday shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, technology outages, civil unrest, illness or incapacity, platform failures and/or transportation issues. In the event of such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide equivalent value where possible.
22. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or relevant state legislation. If any term of this agreement conflicts with Australian Consumer Law the Australian Consumer Law will prevail
23. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
